Mr. Buckley represents employers,
both in litigation matters and in litigation
avoidance. He handles all aspects of employment
disputes in the state and federal courts and before
administrative agencies. He has handled cases
involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment,
retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. He also
represents employers in alternative dispute resolution
proceedings involving employment-related claims.
Mr. Buckley specializes in the
representation of employers in wage and hour class
action litigation.
In addition to his litigation
practice, Mr. Buckley regularly advises and counsels
employers on a full range of employment law compliance
issues, including employee discipline, wage and hour,
family leave, and other workplace issues. Mr. Buckley
also provides training to management on human
resources and litigation avoidance topics.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Buckley was an infantry officer in the United States Army 1986-1993.
