DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION: AVOIDING A MILLION-DOLLAR MISTAKE

Disability discrimination claims are on the rise in California and changes to the ADA have increased employee awareness. Are you prepared? This seminar will focus on the "hot topics" in disability discrimination law, including handling misconduct by disabled employees, managing employees with mental disabilities and knowing how long is long enough for the disability related leave of absence. We will also cover the status of new ADA regulations, regulatory updates under the FEHA and new case developments.
