California law requires managers and supervisors to receive two hours of training regarding the prevention of sexual and other forms of unlawful harassment every two years. This type of training is not only mandated by law, but is an important step in ensuring that your workplace is free from unlawful and inappropriate conduct. This popular training is presented by a practicing employment lawyer and includes a practical definition of harassment and an overview of common workplace issues in the area of harassment based on sex, age, disability, race, national origin and all other protected characteristics.
