Paul, Plevin will celebrate its 10th year in business this August. The firm was created in 1998 when Rich Paul, Fred Plevin , Michael Sullivan, Joe Connaughton and two associates left the firm of Gray, Cary, Ware & Friedenrich (now DLA Piper US LLP) to form Paul, Plevin & Sullivan LLP, which was renamed Paul, Plevin, Sullivan & Connaughton LLP in 2003. secured a published appellate decision upholding a
victory they obtained in the trial court on behalf of
the University of California (Lachtman v. Regents (
4th DCA, 2007) 158 Cal.App.4th 187)

judgments in favor of a wireless broadband Internet service
provider in a wage and hour action brought by a former employee
alleging misclassification. Paul, Plevin lawyers
