Speaking Engagements
|
Michael Etchepare represents
private and public employers in all aspects of labor
and employment litigation, including suits for
wrongful termination, harassment, defamation,
discrimination, wage and hour, and workers’
compensation discrimination. He has also helped to
favorably resolve several wage and hour class action
lawsuits and single plaintiff discrimination lawsuits
brought against federal contractors operating on
federal enclave military bases.
Mr. Etchepare counsels employers on day-to-day employment
matters and advises employers regarding new legal developments in the
workplace. He also provides management training on a variety of topics
including sexual harassment prevention, leaves and accommodations, disability
discrimination, and wage and hour compliance.
Mr. Etchepare previously worked as a Summer Associate at
PPSC during the Summer of 2006.
