Marie
LaVanier represents private and public employers in
all aspects of labor and employment litigation,
including suits for wrongful termination, defamation,
discrimination, wage and hour, and workers’
compensation discrimination. She also counsels
employers on day-to-day employment matters and advises
employers regarding new legal developments in the
workplace.
Prior
to joining Paul, Plevin, Sullivan & Connaughton LLP,
Ms. LaVanier’s practice focused on complex business
litigation. She is fluent in spoken and written
Spanish.
