Lisa Hird Chung practices all aspects
of employment litigation, including suits for wrongful
termination, defamation, discrimination, and wage and
hour violations. She provides assistance on labor law
issues including collective bargaining and labor
arbitration. Ms. Chung has also obtained more than a
dozen workplace violence restraining orders for the
protection of threatened employees.
Ms. Chung worked as a summer associate at PPSC in
2005. During law school, Ms. Chung represented clients
as a student attorney through the University of
Minnesota Special Education Clinic and the Bankruptcy
Clinic. She also wrote dozens of motions and appeared
in court on behalf of criminal defendants through the
county public defender’s office.
