Biography

Lisa Frank is a member of the firm’s Transactional Practice Group and specializes in providing counseling and transactional services to management and human resources professionals. She regularly counsels employers on a variety of issues, including employee terminations and discipline management, reductions in force, leaves of absence and disability accommodation, workplace investigations, employment practice audits, wage and hour compliance, employment agreements and the protection of intellectual property.

Ms. Frank is also an experienced litigator and has successfully represented employers in numerous state and federal employment cases. She has also represented employers in administrative and agency proceedings before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.

Ms. Frank provides management training on a wide variety of topics, including preventing workplace harassment, general management principles and best practices, managing employee leaves and disability issues and avoiding wage and hour claims, among others.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Frank served as an in-house employment counsel for Amgen Inc. and was an associate in Morrison & Foerster LLP’s Labor and Employment Department
