Gregory Halsey represents private and
public employers in all aspects of labor and
employment litigation, including suits for wrongful
termination, defamation, discrimination, wage and
hour, and workers’ compensation discrimination. He
also counsels employers on day-to-day employment
matters and advises employers regarding new legal
developments in the workplace.
Mr. Halsey worked as a summer
associate at Paul, Plevin in 2008. During law school,
Mr. Halsey participated as a member of the San Diego
Law Review and his student comment was published in
the winter 2008 San Diego Law Review.
