Emily M. Adelizzi represents private and public
employers in all aspects of labor and employment
litigation, including defense of claims involving wage
and hour disputes, discrimination, wrongful
termination, retaliation, defamation and sexual
harassment. In addition, she provides counseling to
employers on a variety of day-to-day employment
matters including wage and hour laws, wrongful
discharge, discrimination, employee discipline issues,
leaves of absence, terminations and layoffs.
Ms. Adelizzi has experience in bench and jury trials,
as well as in the Office of Administrative Hearings.
Prior to joining Paul, Plevin, Sullivan & Connaughton
LLP, Ms. Adelizzi defended large public entities in
tort and employment litigation matters.
