Emily Fox represents private and
public employers in all aspects of labor and
employment litigation, including suits for
discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful
termination and breach of contract. Emily also
counsels clients on day-to-day employment matters
and advises employers on the latest developments in
workplace law.
Ms. Fox has experience in
conducting wage and hour audits to ensure employers
are appropriately following California and federal
employment laws.
During law school, Emily
participated in several hearings in front of the
California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
